Charming Vegan™ is Baltimore’s only maker of artisanal tofu along with healthy veggie burgers and sauces – all completed plant-based and gluten free.
Why “CHARMING”? Our family-run venture started as cottage business in Charming Charm City, Baltimore, grew to several farmers markets and now sells directly to dining services and restaurants in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Our ethos is creating delightful vegan food with minimal to zero waste. We make our Charming™ veggie burgers from the healthy tofu and pofu making byproduct called Okara.
